In Loxley, Sweet Tease Hair Studio has leased 1,200 ft2 of space in Loxley Shopping Center on North Hickory Street, according to Nathan Handmacher of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord.

In Mobile, a local investor paid $698,000 for Cumberland Place, a 4,200-ft2 commercial center at 7695 Cottage Hill Road in Mobile, according to Angie McArthur of Stirling. Nearby, another local investor paid $450,000 for more than 11 acres at Schillinger and Howells Ferry roads, according to Sharon Wright, Chris Harle and Tracy Womack of White-Spunner Realty. Also in Mobile, a local investor paid $325,000 for the former Eddie’s Pawn Shop building at 265 Azalea Road, according to Harle and Wright, who represented the seller. Gowan Lenaghan of White-Spunner Realty worked for the buyer.
