Richard Inge of Inge Properties worked for the buyers. Also in Mobile, an out-of-town investor paid $340,000 for 3200 and 3202 Old Shell Road, which included a 2,450-ft2 office building and 0.45 acres, according to Robert Cook of Vallas Realty, who represented the buyer. The buyers plan to renovate the building for future use. Matt Cummings of Cummings & Associates and Raymond Faircloth of Belterra Partners represented the sellers. In Baldwin County, Homebuilder Truland Homes purchased 12 lots from 68 Ventures for a total of $847,000, according to TerraCore Development Services. Local developers are seeking Planned Unit Development approval to rezone 3 acres to build a gulf-front 30-story, 115-unit condominium complex at 26026 Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach, according to the Orange Beach Planning Commission.
