The Cook Out restaurant chain paid $952,000 for 1.15 acres in front of Publix at Riviera Square on McKenzie Street in Foley, according to Vallas Realty. The former Dumbwaiter restaurant building at 58 North Section Street in Fairhope has been sold to California investors who plan to put a new restaurant venue in the 3,200-ft2 space, according to Harry Johnson of Gulf Coast Restaurant Brokers, who represented the seller. Chris Bruner of Transworld Business Advisors of Mobile worked for the buyers. Rotech Healthcare, a regional healthcare supplier, has leased 3,000 ft2 of office space at 627 South Saraland Boulevard in Saraland, according to Josh W. Hall of NAI Mobile, who handled the transaction. Irby Home Buyers has leased 5,317 ft2 of office space at 1 St. Louis Street in downtown Mobile, according to Jeff Barnes of Stirling Properties and Steven McMahon of Inge & Associates. The Lost Magnolia and Trim A Tree will open soon in the Tanger Outlet off Highway 59 in Foley. Finally, according to Angie McArthur of Stirling Properties, Pacific Residential Mortgage has leased 1,750 ft2 of office space at 1110 Hillcrest Road in Mobile.
