Baumhower’s Wingfingers has leased the former Hardee’s building on Cottage Hill Road in Mobile, according to Kenny Nichols of Vallas Realty, who represented the landlord. Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty worked for the restaurant. The Van Horn Group, which is now part of the Wurth Group, has leased a 10,850-ft2 warehouse on Mill Street in Downtown Mobile, according to John D. Peebles and William Peebles of NAI Mobile, who represented the tenant. Matthew Gerrard of Milling Commercial Real Estate worked for the landlord. A local investor paid $400,000 for a lot just shy of an acre on Canal Road in Orange Beach at the entrance to The Island Church, according to Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who represented the seller. Ken Crabtree of Signature Properties worked for the buyer.
