MOBILE, BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — According to AL.com, Dick’s Last Resort and Cats Meow have teamed to lease 16,000 ft2 of commercial space on Main Street at The Wharf in Orange Beach and plan to open by Memorial Day, according to Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. John Aiello and Aaron Petree of Strategic Retail Advisors worked for the tenants. In Daphne, a local investor paid $950,000 for a 5,307-ft2 office building in Timbercreek Office Park at 9805 Millwood Circle in Daphne, according to Barnes and Bethea of Stirling, who handled the transaction. In Mobile, an out-of-state investor paid $1.525 million for a 7,250-ft2 retail building at 7899 Cottage Hill Road, according to Angie McArthur of Stirling, who handled the transaction. Also in Mobile, Recharge Nutrition has leased 1,200 ft2 in Lloyd Place at 6207 Cottage Hill Road, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling. In Theodore, a Baton Rouge-based company paid $325,000 for 4.5 acres at 6570 Theodore Dawes Road and plans to build an equipment rental facility on the land, according to Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who represented the seller. John Mitchum Jackson of Heggeman Realty worked for the buyers.
