In Fairhope, a local investor paid $840,000 for Crazy Clean Coin Laundry at 9965 Twin Beech Road, according to Crawford Stitt of White-Spunner Realty, who handled the transaction. The 1,500-ft2 laundromat will continue to operate at the location.
