MOBILE/BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — According to AL.com, an out-of-town investor paid $2.25 million for Rainview Apartments, a 40-unit complex at 211 Rain Drive in Bay Minette, according to John Napper and Jacob Napper of Gulfbelt Properties, who represented the seller. Larry Hartley of Hartley Real Estate worked for the buyer. In Orange Beach, a local developer paid $429,900 for a commercial unit in the East 180 Commercial complex at 24252 Canal Road in Orange Beach, according to David Swiger and Angie Swiger of Swiger & Co. Realtors, who represented the seller. In Fairhope, Dollar Tree has leased 11,192 ft2 of space in the former Fairhope Market at 101 South Greeno Road, according to Nathan Handmacher of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Jonathan Rudolph of Rudolph Development Group worked for the tenant. In Summerdale, Direct Furniture has leased 6,900-ft2 of warehouse space at 100 North Highway 59, according to Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea of Stirling, who handled the transaction. Finally, in Gulf Shores, Kenilworth Media has leased 1,730 ft2 of office space at 750 Commerce Drive, according to Barnes and Bethea of Stirling.
