Recent Stirling Real Estate Transactions In Mobile

 Jay O’Brien, CCIM, commercial real estate senior advisor in Stirling Properties’ Mobile office, represented the following entities in real estate transactions: a local investor in the purchase of an office building at 1428 Hillcrest Road where there was already a tenant; Catherine Arensberg Landscape Design in the purchase of 2560 Dauphin Street, which will be renovated into an office; and D-Bat Mobile in the purchase of 1475 Hillcrest Road. D-Bat is a baseball, softball and training facility that has a building under construction with the hope to be open by the end of the year.
