Rich’s Car Wash Buys 1.1 Acres In Semmes

Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. has announced the sale of 1.1 acres at 3350 Schillinger Road North in Semmes to Rich’s Car Wash for $575,000. The Mobile-based buyer plans to build an advanced car wash at the location. This would add to its 25 other car washes across Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, Texas and Louisiana. Merrill P. Thomas Co. commented, “Despite restrictive covenants on the [property] prohibiting certain uses, Thomas was able to market the site to a user that would comply with the covenants and [complement] the existing businesses in the area.” Kenny Nichols of Vallas Realty represented the buyer, and Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co. represented the seller.
