Riverview Plaza Offices To Be Renovated As Apartments

Shelli Bell of the D.R. Horton Mobile Division has confirmed that Bender Real Estate Group is going to convert the Riverview Plaza Office Building into 13 floors of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to be called Riverview Residences. All but one of the tenants have relocated, and the building will undergo renovation once the last tenant relocates to another office building. There will also be a restaurant on the first floor with covered outdoor seating.
