Robertsdale Property Leased To TWC Services

Mike Reid and John M. Delchamps, associate brokers at Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc., represented the landlord, Industrial Investments LLC, in leasing a 14,088-ft² warehouse in a prime location just off Highway 59 on County Road 54 in Robertsdale. The space was leased to TWC Services, Inc., a nationwide company headquartered in Iowa that specializes in the repair and maintenance of HVAC, commercial cooking, refrigeration and beverage systems with a legacy dating back to 1906.
