Thomas Co., Inc., represented both the seller (ZDA, LLC) and buyer (an investor from Pensacola) with the sale of the 1,300-ft2 building located at 69 Saint Michael Street in Mobile for $260,000. It is considered a prime location in the growing downtown market on Saint Michael near Royal Street across from the Battle House Hotel & Office Building and RSA Tower, and it is within walking distance to numerous hotels and office buildings in Downtown Mobile. The current tenant, Slurp Society Ramen Shop, will continue to operate at this location.
