Sam Winter & Co. Real Estate recently announced the addition of Taylor Preece. Preece graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in integrated strategic communication. During her time at the university, she worked for a team of real estate agents at Keller Williams Bluegrass to assist with their social media, transaction coordination and marketing plans. Shortly after graduation, she began her career at Heartland Petroleum as a sales representative, where she quickly became one of the top three representatives in the company. She began her real estate career at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where she obtained a total sales volume of $1.5 million since 2022.
