Sam Winter & Co. Moves Into New Office On Old Shell Road In Mobile

Sam Winter & Co. announced it has moved into a new office at 2657 Old Shell Road in Mobile in the heart of Midtown. The office was originally built as a Phillips 66 service station in 1950 to 1951. Rainwater Radiator most recently occupied the building from 1996 to 2024. The company did extensive renovations to convert the building into a modern-day real estate office. “We would like to give a special thanks to Pratt Thomas with Merrill P. Thomas, Co., Inc. for finding us this building and partnering with us on this project, Crucible Construction for completing the renovations, Element 3 Engineering for the architecture and engineering drawings, and Anne Inge Interiors for being the interior designer,” the company said.
