Compared to August 2024, this is a 10.5% increase in housing inventory. Homes are staying on the market for an average of 53 days. The average sales price is $286,000. In Baldwin County, there were 648 homes sold, with the number of homes on the market for sale continuing to rise to 3,733. Compared to August 2024, this is a 14.7% increase in housing inventory. Homes are staying on the market for an average of 80 days. The average sales price is $556,000. There are more homes for sale, and they are staying on the market longer than in Mobile County due to the average sales price and the increased amount of inventory available for sale.
