John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. represented the seller, Wendell L. Sawyer Jr., in the sale of a 12,000-ft² standalone building at 5100 Hartley Road in Satsuma for $599,000. The buyer, the Satsuma City Schools Board of Education, will accommodate administrative staff at the location, which is at the intersection of Highway 43 and Hartley Rd.
