According to AL.com, HoneyBun Donuts & Kolaches has leased 1,700 ft2 in Shoppes of Midtown at 1500 Government Street in Midtown Mobile, according to Amber Hightower Dedeaux of Vallas Realty, who handled the transaction. The space is being remodeled, and the shop should open before Christmas. This will be the second location for HoneyBun Donuts & Kolaches, with the first being in Blakeley Square on Spanish Fort Boulevard in Spanish Fort. Container Port has leased 3,209 ft2 in the RSA Trustmark Building at 107 St. Francis Street in Downtown Mobile, according to Leigh Dale Younce of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the tenant. After renovations, Container Port plans to occupy the space early next year.
