 Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. has announced the sale of 90 Springdale Boulevard in Mobile to Create Program Inspire, LLC. The property will become the new home of the Azalea City Center for the Arts, a full-scale performing arts venue designed to serve the entire city. This space will provide opportunities for all groups to perform, rehearse and create. Current resident programs and anchor performers include Sunny Side Theater, Full Scale School of Music, Floretta P. Carson Visual & Performing Arts Academy, Classical Ballet of Mobile, Macrossan Irish Step and Mobile County Public Schools.
