SRS Announces Lease In Tillman’s Corner

SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office has announced a new lease at Westgate Plaza at 5440 Highway 90 West in Tillman’s Corner to Rainbow Shops. Rainbow will be occupying 12,000 ft2 adjacent to Winn-Dixie. Dubbed a “moderate-priced American retail apparel chain comprising several lifestyle brands with more than 1,300 locations in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as online,” Rainbow will be opening its fourth location in Mobile. SRS Birmingham’s Leigh Dale Younce represented the landlord, Waterstone Properties Group, in this new lease transaction.
