Stirling Announces Recent Transactions

Stirling Properties has announced the following real estate transactions in Mobile: A & J Venue, LLC has leased Suites D and E of the 3,100-ft2 building located at 6414 Hillcrest Park Court, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling. Fang & Claw Tattoo & Piercing Shop has leased 1,500 ft2 of retail space in the Old Shell Plaza shopping center in Suite D at 5546 Old Shell Road, according to Kaelan McArthur of Stirling, who represented the tenant. Amber Hightower Dedeaux of Vallas Realty represented the landlord. Mallorie Wareham has leased 1,200 ft2 in the Schillinger Place Shopping Center in Suite 12A at 2502 South Schillinger Road. The suite is a storefront for Maddy & Myla’s Boutique, which opened on June 10. Kaelan McArthur represented the landlord. Smitherman Partners has leased 1,200 ft2 in the Cumberland Place shopping center in Suite D at 7695 Cottage Hill Road in Mobile, according to Angela McArthur, who represented the landlord. A local investor has purchased a 5,200-ft2 office/warehouse located at 3715 Lakeside Drive South for $345,000, according to Jeff Barnes of Stirling. In Baldwin County, Foley Perlmix, LLC purchased 21 acres next to Old Time Pottery on Highway 59 in Foley for $700,000. Angela McArthur represented the seller. Also in Foley, Fluffy’s Pet Store has leased 1,598 ft2 in Downtown OWA’s Suite 101-D and plans to open this fall. Angela McArthur represented the landlord. Finally, Red Door Marketing has leased a 1,363-ft2 office located at The Wharf in Orange Beach, according to Steadman Bethea and Barnes of Stirling, who represented the landlord.
