Stirling Commercial Real Estate Update

Jay O’Brien, senior advisor with Stirling Properties, represented the seller on the sale of a 1-acre outparcel behind the 7 Brew on Highway 181 in Malbis. A local investor purchased the property for future development. Additionally, O’Brien leased the former 9,000-ft² Pop Shelf space at 2381 Dawes Road to Pool & Spa Superstore. Pool & Spa will be relocating to this space in November once the renovations are complete.
