Shipps Dockside Grill has leased 9,046 ft2 of waterfront restaurant space at 27075 Marina Road in Orange Beach. As an integral part of Orange Beach Marina, the new restaurant will offer dining with access by land or water. The scheduled opening is for spring. The transaction was handled by Jeff Barnes and Steadman Bethea with Stirling Properties. Additionally, Roberts Brothers has leased 2,515 ft2 at OWA Parks & Resort, with occupancy expected in March. Angela McArthur and Kaelan McArthur of Stirling represented OWA, the landlord, in the transaction. Speedway Auto Tint has leased 3,155 ft2 at Top Music Plaza at 3656 Government Boulevard in Mobile. The lease is to begin on March 1, marking a significant expansion for the business in this high-traffic area. The transaction was handled by Angela McArthur and Kaelan McArthur with Stirling, representing the landlord, Top Music Plaza.
