Stirling January 26 Real Estate Update

Stirling Properties recently announced the following real estate transactions. Arc Point has leased a 1,580-ft2 space within the Grelot Professional Park at 5920 Grelot Road in Mobile. Angie McArthur of Stirling represented the landlord, and David Milstead of Bellator Real Estate represented the tenant. Healthy Balance Body Fitness, LLC has leased a 1,750-ft2 suite in the Shops on Schillinger at 740 Schillinger Road South in Mobile. Kaelan McArthur of Stirling represented the landlord. A local investor purchased a 9.71 acre tract of land on Highway 59 in Robertsdale. Jay O’Brien of Stirling handled the transaction for the seller, and Anderson Reed of Bellator worked for the buyer.
