Stirling Properties August 18 Update

Stirling Properties recently announced the following real estate transactions for the beginning of August. A local investor purchased 2.73 acres of land on Highway 98 in Daphne across from Walmart, according to Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties, who worked for the sellers. John Vallas of Vallas Realty worked for the buyers. In Spanish Fort, LIV Development, a Birmingham-based developer, purchased 5.3 acres of land in Spanish Fort Town Center on the corner of Cypress Way and Town Center Avenue. LIV is to develop the location into an Alabama Recovery Center, according to Angela McArthur of Stirling, who represented the seller, and Keith Shamblin of Shannon Waltchack, who represented the buyer. In Theodore, Mersino Dewatering, a national dewatering and pumping service company for remediating groundwater issues, has leased a 6,820-ft2 warehouse at 3400 Hurricane Bay Drive. Amanda Goldman of Stirling secured the lease with the tenant and Brent Cumbest of Milling Commercial Realty, who represented the landlord.
