Stirling Represents Wingstop In Lease Of Two Properties

Wingstop has leased 1,500 ft2 in the Midtown Mobile Shopping Center on the corner of Old Shell Road and Florida Street. Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties represented the tenant in this transaction. Wingstop is looking to open this summer. In addition, Wingstop has leased 1,875 ft2 in the Gallery 59 Shopping Center on Highway 59 near Walmart in Foley. O’Brien of Stirling represented the tenant in this transaction, and Cameron Weavil of The Weavil Co. represented the landlord. Wingstop plans to open the location in the second half of 2026.
