Stoic Acquires Fourth Asset In Arkansas

Stoic Equity Partners, headquartered in Daphne, recently announced its most recent acquisition of a flex industrial property in Springdale, Arkansas. This is the firm’s fourth asset in the state and first in Northwest Arkansas. The industrial complex, at 444 Old Wire Road, is a 94,589-ft2 multi-tenant facility that includes nine buildings of 20 suites. With this latest acquisition, Stoic continues to broaden its footprint in the Southeast, where it now owns more than 1.1 million ft2 of commercial space across six states. The firm remains focused on identifying and capitalizing on high-potential investment opportunities within the flex industrial sector.
