Stoic Equity Partners Closes On Two Investment Assets

Stoic Equity Partners has recently finalized the acquisition of two flex industrial assets as part of its latest fund, SEP Industrial Holdings I. The first property, the Commonwealth Business Center in Louisville, Kentucky, consists of two buildings totaling 127,323 ft2 of flex space. This marks Stoic’s initial investment in the Louisville metropolitan statistical area (MSA), with plans to renovate the property to increase warehouse space and boost occupancy. The second acquisition, the Jackson MSA Portfolio in Mississippi, comprises four buildings totaling 158,775 ft2. These properties offer loading docks, drive-in access and generous clear heights near major interstates, retail corridors and office parks. With these acquisitions, Stoic’s industrial portfolio now exceeds 786,900 ft2 and $79 million in assets. It has plans for further expansion in 2024.
