SVN | Toomey Property Advisors Named Small Business Of The Year Finalist

The Mobile Chamber has named SVN | Toomey Property Advisors a 2025 Small Business of the Year finalist, recognizing the firm’s rapid growth, client-first service model and strong commitment to community impact. Founded in 2019 by Justin Toomey, the firm was established with the vision of creating a nationally backed, yet locally rooted, commercial real estate company in Mobile. What began as a brokerage-focused firm quickly expanded into a full-service provider, offering multifamily sales, property management, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales and self-storage sales. In late 2021, the firm launched its property management division with 34 multifamily units under management. By August 2024, that number had grown to more than 960 units, and Toomey obtained brokerage licenses in Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida. Toomey serves on the board of People Engaged in Recovery, leases multifamily units to a sober living nonprofit, sponsors individuals in Alcoholics Anonymous and regularly leads recovery-focused meetings. The company also supports initiatives including the Angel Tree Program, school supply drives and the Boy Scouts of America Annual Clay Shoot in addition to ongoing donations and advocacy for Fostering Together Gulf Coast.
