Thomas Co., Inc., represented the seller in the sale of 4.5 acres at 6570 Theodore Dawes Road for $325,000 to HE Theodore, LLC, based out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The property is located across from the under-construction South Alabama Logistics Park (BBN #55). The company plans to build an equipment rental facility. The buyer’s agent was John Mitchum Jackson of Heggeman Realty Co., Inc.
