Theodore Retail Building Sold

A retail building at 5596 Highway 90 in Theodore consisting of 2,000 ft2 on 2.46 acres was recently sold to Bodie Properties LLC for $450,000. According to a press release sent by Berkshire Hathaway Cooper & Co., Inc., the building will be used for a veterinarian clinic. David Cooper and Tony Cooper of the Berkshire Hathaway Cooper & Co. Commercial Division represented the seller, and Burt Arthur of CARR worked for the buyer.
