Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. has announced the sale of 5502 and 5292 Todd Acres Drive in Mobile. Mike Reid, Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc., represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction. Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. was the co-listing agent. The 21,000-ft² building, situated on approximately 6.7 acres, will be held for future use. While plans for the property are still under consideration, new ownership anticipates the site will be positioned for a use that aligns with long-term growth and opportunity in the Mobile market.
