Vance Named President Of MBAAA

 Arlington Properties, LLC has announced that Lindsay Vance, Arlington regional manager, has been appointed president of the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association (MBAAA). Vance previously served on the MBAAA board as chaplain, treasurer and president-elect before stepping into the role of president. Vance began her career in student housing in 2006 and steadily rose through the ranks, holding a variety of leasing team positions before joining Arlington Properties in 2023. She became a regional property manager with Arlington in 2024 and won the company’s coveted Rising Star Award that same year. In her current leadership role, she says she enjoys “coaching, training, managing people and problem-solving.”
