Wawa Leases Mobile Property

Wawa has leased 1.81 acres at the corner of Cottage Hill and Demetropolis roads, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord. Patrick Jones and Tammy Huston of NAI Talcor represented Wawa. Demolition of the existing building on the site has begun, and Wawa plans to open its new location there in 2026.
