White-Spunner July 21 Real Estate Update

Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty recently represented the landlords in several transactions. Complete Roofing LLC leased 1,375 ft2 of warehouse and office space at 25476 Friendship Road, Suite E in Daphne. Mojeaux’s, a restaurant by local chef Chris Banks, leased 2,410 ft2 at 396 Azalea Road. Additionally, according to Crawford Stitt of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord, Novare LLC recently leased 1,200 ft2 of office space at 21765 Highway 181, Suite 102 in Fairhope.
