White-Spunner Realtors Win CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Awards

CoStar Group, Inc., a provider of commercial real estate information and analytics, recently announced the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for fourth quarter 2024. Chris Harle, Leigh Dale Younce and Dobbson Vickers of White-Spunner Realty came out on top in the list of winners in Mobile. The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals, based on price and square footage, executed every quarter. Together, Harle and Younce won a Top Retail Leasing Deal award for representing the landlord of Piccadilly Square leasing 1,200 ft2 to Acai & Co. in Mobile. Harle also won two Top Industrial Leasing Deal awards: one for representing the landlords of a 29,050-ft2 warehouse in Mobile and another for representing the landlords of a 10,240-ft2 office/warehouse in Mobile. Vickers won a Top Office Leasing Deal for his representation of the landlords of Wolf Bay Plaza in Orange Beach.
