White-Spunner Realty Announces Piccadilly Square Transaction

White-Spunner Realty recently announced the opening of three businesses in the Piccadilly Square Shopping Center at 6345 Airport Boulevard in Mobile. Taco Mama has leased 3,140 ft2 and will open in early March. Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty represented the landlords, and Kenny Nichols of Vallas Realty represented the tenant in this transaction. Blue Magnolia Boutique, an online store offering trendy women’s clothing, has leased 1,200 ft2 for its first storefront location, which it plans to open in early March. Leigh Dale Younce and Harle of White-Spunner Realty represented the landlords. Bapu’s Food Stop leased 1,200 ft2 and plans to open the middle of March; this restaurant started in Pensacola and specializes in halal Syrian food. Younce and Harle represented the landlords.
