White-Spunner Realty Announces President, Qualifying Broker

White-Spunner Realty, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Mobile, has announced two recent promotions. Katherine White-Spunner Trotter has been promoted from vice president to president, becoming the first woman to hold this role in the company’s history. Prior to joining White-Spunner Realty, she was the acquisitions manager for Move It Management in Dallas, where she facilitated expanding the company’s portfolio from 1.75 million to more than 5.2 million ft2 and helped take the company public. A graduate of Auburn University, Trotter recently earned her Alabama Real Estate Broker’s license, is a certified Commercial Real Estate analyst and holds a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer license. She will be working to expand White-Spunner Realty’s property management and brokerage divisions. Chris Harle has been appointed as the company’s qualifying broker. With nearly 10 years of experience at White-Spunner Realty, Harle has received several awards in commercial real estate, including CoStar PowerBroker of the Year for the past two years. He has served as president of the Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club and currently sits on the board of directors for the Mobile Area Association of Realtors. He is to grow commercial sales and leasing services.
