White-Spunner Realty Celebrates 70th Anniversary

White-Spunner Realty is celebrating its 70th anniversary of, it says, “connecting people to opportunity through real estate brokerage services” this year. The company was founded in 1954 by the late Blacksher White-Spunner, who was joined by his late son Jay White-Spunner as the business grew. It has played a role in shaping the landscape of Mobile, from pioneering residential subdivisions in the 1950s and 1960s to developing and managing commercial properties along the Gulf Coast from the 1970s to the present. The company manages more than 2 million ft2 of commercial space from Biloxi, Mississippi, to Panama City, Florida, with an occupancy rate exceeding 90%.
