White-Spunner Realty Foley Update

Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty represented the landlords in two recent transactions in Foley: CET Inc. leased a 6,000-ft2 warehouse at 9365 Hard Drive, and Bluewater Exteriors leased a 6,000 ft2 warehouse at 9355 Hard Drive. Additionally, a 0.64-acre lot near Rouse’s along Highway 31 in Spanish Fort recently sold for $195,000 to an investor, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner and Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties, who represented the sellers.
