Beez Catering has leased 1,200 ft2 at Piccadilly Square at 6345-B Airport Boulevard in Mobile, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord. Additionally, Harle represented a local investor who purchased 32 single-family homes at 1040 Dauphin Island Parkway for $1,020,000. Doug Adams with Berkshire Hathaway Inc. represented the seller. Plans are to renovate the homes for rentals.
