Zarzour Acquires Medical Complex In Foley

MOBILE, Ala. — Zarzour Cos. of Mobile recently announced the acquisition of Peachtree Medical Center at 1801 North McKenzie Street in Foley. The complex is a 73,482-ft2 medical facility adjacent to South Baldwin Regional Medical Center. Zarzour is in the process of making over $750,000 worth of improvements to the property, and Zarzour Management Co. will be handling its management and leasing. There is currently space available for lease in Building 1.
