Eastern Shore Centre Hosting Fall Fitness Series
The Eastern Shore Centre has introduced a new Fall Fitness Series in partnership with 5A Fitness Zone. This free series will be held every Saturday in September and October at 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. at 5A Fitness Zone. The Fall Fitness Series features the following different classes each week: Group Sweat (8:30 a.m.) and Group Active (9:30 a.m.) on September 20; HIIT + Flow on the Green (8:30 a.m.) and Group Active (9:30 a.m.) on September 27; Athletic Intervals (8:30 a.m.) and Group Active (9:30 a.m.) on October 4; Strength Bootcamp (8:30 a.m.) and Group Active (9:30 a.m.) on October 11; Mixed Conditioning Bootcamp (8:30 a.m.) and Group Active (9:30 a.m.) on October 18; and Group Power (8:30 a.m.) and Group Active (9:30 a.m.) on October 25. Participants are asked to register.
