Eastern Shore Centre To Be Acquired By New Management

Wicker Park Capital Management, a Georgia-based investment firm, and Crawford Real Estate Advisors, a Birmingham-based management company, are teaming up to acquire the Eastern Shore Centre, WKRG reports. The groups aim to improve the center, which is known for its retailers, dining options and entertainment venues. “We are delighted to add Eastern Shore Centre to our portfolio,” said Tom Jackson, managing director at Wicker Park Capital Management, in a press release. “Given the growth in the region, now is an opportune time to reposition Eastern Shore Centre as the dominant outdoor shopping center in Mobile and Baldwin [counties].”
