Expanded Tom Thumb Opens In Gulf Shores

EG Group, one of the fastest-growing convenience store retailers in the U.S., is expanding in Alabama with a new Tom Thumb store in Gulf Shores, according to a recent announcement. Plans feature the company’s latest design, equipment and menu, all of which were created to expand food choices and enhance customer experience. The location also includes Burger King and Pizza Hut restaurants. At 7,600 ft2, twice the size of a typical location, the chain offers 10 fueling stations across five islands, 31 parking spots and curbside pickup and order-ahead capabilities. An AutoSpa Car Wash is set to open onsite later in the summer. EG Group has operated in Alabama since 2006 and has 10 stores in Alabama.
