Expansion Coming To The Wharf Main Street

Baldwin County residents and tourists will soon see major changes on Main Street at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Gulf Coast Media reports. With the current retail and office space on Main Street at 100% occupancy, a record high for the development, a large-scale expansion project will add 35,000 ft2 of retail and office space, along with green space and an outdoor stage. Another addition coming to the property is Culver’s Restaurant. The brand is set to build a location along Canal Road. Additionally, The Wharf is rebranding Bama Bayou, the property across the Intracoastal Waterway it purchased in August 2022, as Landing.
