First Graze Craze In State Opens In Midtown Mobile

Graze Craze, a specialty charcuterie concept, is now open at 2104 Airport Boulevard in Midtown Mobile, providing artfully arranged sweet and savory boards, boxes and more in its 1,750-ft2 space. Employees design charcuterie arrangements using an assortment of ingredients like premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, artisanal sweets and nuts, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each board is available in a variety of size options. This is the first Graze Craze in the state, and franchise owner Christopher Dyess plans to use his more than 20 years of restaurant industry and sales experience to expand the brand’s presence throughout the area. The location is open for pickup, catering and free local delivery Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
