Margaritaville At The Wharf To Move Forward

The Margaritaville at The Wharf project in Orange Beach is expected to move forward as the city’s planning commission considers subdividing the 108-acre site into six lots for the resort project, AL.com reports. The future Margaritaville Waterfront District is situated at 22960 Brown Lane on the east side of the Foley Beach Express and across the Intracoastal Waterway from The Wharf. The destination resort would include condominium units and condo-hotels, entertainment, retail and restaurants, and pools and waterslides all operated under the Margaritaville logo/brand.
