Mo’Bay Beignet to Open Bay Town Burger In West Mobile

Mo’Bay Beignet Co. recently announced it will be opening Bay Town Burger Co. on Airport Boulevard in West Mobile in late Fall 2021. Bay Town Burger Co. is a “sister company” to Mo’Bay Beignet Co. It is being created in honor of the owner’s baseball-loving sons, Connor and Cole, and the location will highlight baseball greats in the local area. Mo’Bay beignets will also be available at the new location.
