Pollman’s Bake Shops Closes Two Locations

MOBILE, Ala. — Pollman’s Bake Shops announced last week it will be permanently closing its Springhill and Downtown stores. The announcement says that the bakery located at Broad and Virginia streets will reopen soon. Pollman’s is a locally owned family business established in 1918 in Mobile.
