Six Businesses Open Or Coming To The Shoppes At Bel Air

Six businesses have been or will soon be added to The Shoppes at Bel Air Mall. MINISO opened on August 1 in the old College World. Wonderland will feature children’s play areas for ages one to 12 across 26,222 ft2 and have a full-sized restaurant, along with educational events and party rooms. Yummy is a bakery/ice cream/milkshake/boba tea concept that opened in May in the former Grimaldi’s Pizza. The tenant’s success has led him to also open The Olive Grill in the former Texas de Brazil; this Mediterranean/Greek cuisine restaurant is to offer fine dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plans are, tentatively, for it to open on September 1. College World returns and will be located in the Belk Wing. Tao Hot Pot & BBQ is a new concept replacing the former PF Changs. The plans are in review with the City of Mobile, and expectations are that construction will begin as soon as the plans are approved.
